Black Soap? YES! Charcoal Detox Soap

photo

Facial and body soap

Charcoal Soap filters the pollutants out of your skin. It contains the Activated Charcoal (special processed form of carbon) that draws impurities and toxins out of the skin. It is totally save to use on the skin and it is amazing how quickly your skin feels fresh and clean after the use! It helps troubled skin, relieving acne and other skin problems like Eczema, Psoriasis, wounds etc.

Ancient Egyptians used Charcoal for disinfecting and clearing the wounds. In the 18th century, charcoal was studied by chemists and pharmacists, who were interested in its ability to protect the human body from toxins. Activated carbon is still used today in water filters.

How this soap works

Activated charcoal has high absorptive powers, it means that it draws the impurities out of the skin and attaches them to itself. It possesses antibacterial properties that can help heal the skin layer. It clears dirt, bacteria, excess sebum, oil, and the effects of poor diet. It helps with skin infections.

Everyday life, living in the high pollutant place (city) makes our skin to build up impurities, toxins, oils, that accelerates aging of the skin, since the skin cannot breathe, it is clogged.

The Charcoal Detox Soap from Heart & Soul Rituals is a very mild soap that gently cleanses, purifies and balances the skin.
I added essential oils of Lavender – known for antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and soothing actions, Eucalyptus for healing & energizing purposes and Rosemary that is well-known for toning and firming the skin. It also reduces excess oil in the skin and firms sagging skin.

This Soap is gentle enough to use every day and helps improve skin conditions like acne, eczema and psoriasis.

Black Color This soap when applied on the skin changes into gray/white creamy lather and rinses off perfectly leaving your skin fresh, clean and luminous!

  1. Nice! :)
I always thought I will make a soap with charcoal powder but eventually I never did it! :)
What I did, though, was to make a mask just with water and charcoal :D I ended up with black face and I had to wash it off very well but somehow I liked it (it made me feel good :D )

    • LOL. I did the same with Turmeric – I used it with water for a peeling and face mask and ended up with totally yellow face! I could not take it off -what a price for feeling beautiful! the Charcoal is great for any use though! I might try your way, just to have fun with it ;-)
